Our Services. Events By Ethan delivers Wedding Planning, Bridal Shower Planning, Baby Shower Planning, Graduation Party Planning, Anniversary Party Planning. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Warranty Disclaimer. Events By Ethan makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Events By Ethan's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Events By Ethan from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of WA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in WA.
